THE ORIGINS

Feeding a growing metropolis

In 1910, we began securing the regional food supply. What started as simple ice distribution to preserve fresh produce soon became the primary refrigeration network for Southern California's historic hotels and markets.

The early ice network

Our early operations focused on prolonging the freshness of eggs, fruits, and vegetables for a rapidly expanding Los Angeles. We engineered the physical foundations of modern temperature control, establishing standards that would define the regional logistics industry for decades.

THE EVOLUTION

AI-driven sub-zero infrastructure

Today, we manage massive-scale operations using advanced automated refrigeration design. Our facilities maintain strict sub-zero environments, utilizing digital temperature monitoring to guarantee absolute cargo integrity from the port dock to the final destination.
